One thing I thought I'd raise because unless I missed it, it's a little misleading.

In the section on accessibility they were talking about the Target lawsuit in the US, having previously mentioned Section 508 and how that is only applicable to Govt related sites.

The Target suit is based around the Americans with Disabilities Act which is being applied to all sites regardless of whether they do business with Govt or not.
