95%FAULTY PAGES - 3/5/2007 3:14:59
I HAVE CREATED A WEBSITE WHICH IS WORKING 95% CORRECTLY WITH FRONTPAGE 2003. IT HAS BEEN PUBLISED TO A LINUX SERVER. MY COUNTER AND GUEST BOOK DOES NOT WORK BECAUSE OF LACK OF EXTENSION. ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE ALEX

Welcome to Outfront Agrecc but can you please turn off Caps? Posting everything in huge letters won't get you answered any faster and people sometimes get annoyed as it looks like you're shouting at them.
Now your problem is due to the fact that you don't have the Front Page Server Extensions running on your host. If your host offers the FPSEs then you need to go into your control panel and turn them on or ask your host to do it for you but a lot of Unix hosts have stopped offering them.
If you can't have FPSEs then your options are: 1. Find a new host that does have them installed 2. Remove the counter and guestbook and replace them with something that runs without FPSEs, in your case probably a PHP version.
There are plenty of free ones around.

If you need any recommendations for counters or guestbooks then come back. Personally I hate counters on web sites as they show how many visitors you haven't had. There are some hidden ones around and you could also see if your host provides stats you can use and forget about counters.
By now the regulars on here have realised I'm obviously in a very good mood as normally you'd just get
Counters!!!
