It was after we had that conversation the other day talking about small changes being the ones that trip you up. I knew my main site was completely error and warning free. Made a small change, ran the validator and I had 21 warnings. I'd only changed something silly so I was gobsmacked. Checked the errors and there were a load saying things were applied to block levels. Errrrr yes, what else are you supposed to apply them to. So I fixed the one I knew what to do with then ran the validator again, 0 errors, 0 warnings. Odd I thought, so I went off to see if I could find an explanation of the warning. Came back, ran it again 20 warnings, refreshed the page, no warnings, refreshed again 20 warnings........ go figure.
