Formatting Templates inside DataList Control - 3/11/2007 15:35:46
Hello,
I hope the Expression support will be as excellent as the frontpage support in this forum.
I am using a datalist control where I need to adjust the layout a bit in the template area of the control.
Right now I have an image that appears in the ItemTemplate then a GridView in the AlternateTemplate.
When the page is displayed there is too much white space betwen the Image and the GridView.
Is there a way to lessen this space through formatting of the Templates?

You should be able to edit within the template view any way you like. Now the gridview is restrictive when it comes to display.

Could not find where in the GUI. Went into code and removed <br> tags.
Perfect now.
