I know SEO Workers appears as part of "The Scrutiniser" that has been posted in the Hints & Tips forum previously, but on its own I find it very useful for selecting keyphrases, especially in pages with a lot of content.
Enter your site in the "Page URL" space provided and see the results.
For choosing keyphrases scroll to the very bottom of that page and it gives you lists of individual words used most often in your page, the most common two word combinations and the most common three word combinations. Very useful as it saves having to read through the content and/or guessing which terms you think are most commonly found within the content.
