install problems - 4/2/2007 19:59:01
i have been using the beta version, it expired
i bought EW and tried to install
It aborted with an error message that all windows betas had to be removed before it would install.
I attempted to uninstall the beta several times but it aborted and reinstalled.
I used windows install clean up, but it didnt completely remove the beta.
EW will not tell exactly what files need to be removed so i am dead in the water.
Suggestions???

Many people who transitioned from beta to the full EW program had similar problem. Do you have any beta of Microsoft Office system in your computer? This might be the problem. All the files are diffcult to purge. My advice s that you goggle the error message. Hopefully, you will be led to the right Microsoft Knowledge base dealing with the issue. Follow it step by step. Unfortunately, I cannot give you more precise reference.
