convert a fp2002 site to dwmx2004 site
I have ssl cert [http://www.paphoscarhire.com], well this applied
to a frontpage web(folder) inside the main root web ... Now I will build a new
site the same[identical] with dreamweaver mx 2004 and delete old site built with
dreamweaver mx 2004 / frontpage 2002 ... with deletions of unwanted
files and many other corrections .... well how to setup ssl in my web in
the "only with" dreamweaver mx 2004 site ? Is needed a special folder
inside the main root ?
If I delete all files from hosting a/c and republish website with dreamweaver , and
folders(secure) [convert "fp2002 webs" to dw folders] remain the same it should
work ?

Should work, if you're not sure check with your host. I assume they set the SSL up for you.

If you delete all the files - the SSL cert is still installed (usually via IIS or whatever software you rely one) and should not be affected by you deleting files inside your web hosting directory.

If you are a on *NIX server, some companies store the SSL outside the root so if this is the case with you, just be careful you do not delete this one.

I am using linux/php server , and ssl cert is in a "frontpage web folder" side root.
root: http://www.paphoscarhire.com
ssl folder: https://www.paphoscarhire.com/php/

If I delete all files/folders from hosting a/c and republish website with dreamweaver , and
folder(secure) [convert "fp2002 webs" to dw folders] remain the same it should
work ?

You should contact your hosting company. The SSL cert might not be in this folder but you are calling it from this folder, which is two different things
