Again, nicely done but the flash is, IMO, a waste of time.

I agree with Jaybee - I'd seriously think about dumping the flash - it takes up too much screen space and doesn't contribute anything to the page. I also agree with Palo - your font should be a lot darker - it's quite hard to read as is.

I also think that the serif font you've got for your main headings doesn't fit with the sans-serif font of the body text. I'm looking at the site on a mac so it's possible that you haven't set a mac-friendly font alternative - in which case, you really should!

that rent your website.org looks pretty cool

however the top graphic is a little large and imposing for my taste...it takes up half the screen.

but I like the colors and the general idea...maybe you could make the header like 120 px high or something.
