I'm working on a project with Office Live and Windows Live. If you haven't checked out Office Live you should, you'll get a free domain name and a very nice online email interface as well as hosting space, etc. (FREE!).

But that's not what this post is about. That project lead me to find something called LiveWriter. It's a free download and an excellent editor that's designed to help you make blog posts. It doesn't just work with the blogs at live spaces (MSN Spaces) it even works with blogs like the ones at Lockergnome, etc.

I just get the mental picture of the comic book guy from the Simpsons pontificating about something. I'm sure I saw a scene like that. I guess it unconsciously stuck in my head.

I started using it when it was in beta. It is cool but I don't have the discipline it takes to write a good blog.
