Hi I need your suggestion, I have a network based on server 2003 and domain
Controller, there are 12 workstation connected to the server. Each workstation
Has outlook setup but saves on local pc. I want the server send and receive all
The emails and then workstation get it from server. Beside exchange server is
There any other way to do that? thanks

Besides Exchange Server, the only way to do it would be to set-up the email personal folders manually on each machine to redirect the files to be stored on the server, and the local machine reads the files from the servers.

It's long winded, and needs to be done manually, as Outlook doesn't really allow for a macro to alter the location of the files.
