dmccall -> Editing Lines in Photoshop (4/28/2007 11:49:41)
I am used to Fireworks, and am having THE DUMBEST problem in Photoshop. I drew a diagonal line. Ooops. The color, width, and angle are all wrong!
Is there a to select the line and change it's color and width, fatten it, and drag one of its ends over a little bit?
This is basic, but very important to my progression with this software!

You draw a line by selecting the pen tool which is down near the text tool and looks like a pen nib.
When you click that you'll get a set of tools appearing up on the top toolbar.
Select the straight line icon When you do, other options will open such as line weight, colour etc.
Welcome BTW.

Thanks! Now that I've drawn my line, how to I change its attributes? When I select the line, I get handles on all 4 corners of it. When I drag one of the handles, it turns into a quadrangle. All I wanted to do was change the origin.
