I like it. The colors fit the game colors/feelings nicely.
I would however say to do something different with your navigation. Most people expect the navigation on the left side. I am not saying on the right is wrong per se, just not the normal.
I also would make the navigation initially display a smaller choice. Then when hovering over say downloads the download choices appear on a flyout menu. It will make it easier on the brain by offering a smaller initial selection.
I like what you did with the members section. Word of caution though. There are email harvester/bots. I see your team members are left to get scraped by these. This in turn will generate spam to their e-mail addresses.
Memories flow. I remember playing Quake 1 with a 3DFX card. Man I thought that was the sh*t.
