Include Page won't show formatting in Main Page (Full Version)

I have used include pages in many websites and have never had this happen. I have a header include page. I have it formatted accordingly. When I view my homepage (which uses the include header) none of my formatting is being kept, something is overriding it.

In my include page I have a row aligned to the left. When it is viewed on the homepage it moves everything to the right. Any suggestions?

1 guess might be that the include page has a style sheet attached, and the page it's on either doesn't have a style sheet attached or does not have the same style sheet attached.

The include page only places the code between <body> and </body> from the include page onto the page that's using it.
