Hi Jim, Welcome to Outfront! At first glance I'd say your site is okay if it were a personal website, but it's for a business and I therefore feel it falls way short in many areas. Layout Firstly, not even looking at any code, on appearance it is way too spread out, it only looks "in order" at 800x600 but I'm looking at it using 1280x1024 and bits of the page seem scattered everywhere. It really needs to be "contained", most probably centered in the screen. The colour scheme is also quite bland, the "Independence Home Centre" in the top left should be reworked into a far more appealing and professional looking logo/banner. Navigation When clicking through your navigation, I notice that I lose all other options that were originally there. i.e. if I go to the About section, all other main menu options go and are replaced by the sub-headings for the About section". If I then select FAQ in the about section and then Financing, I lose all other menu options while I'm reading about Financing. Users will have to keep clicking the Home button to go back all the time when it's not really necessary. Content The opening page should have text in it that firstly says what the site is about, and for SEO purposes. Words that aren't links shouldn't be underlines, there are too many links to Fleetwood Homes and you have the first letter of each paragraph in bold? Links change from normal to bold onhover and this pushes the other text around. Those email addresses also haven't been obfuscated which means it won't be long before they're receiving heaps of spam. Maybe you could use this site? Also, see how that site seems "contained", that's what I meant with my first comment. Nicole
