Normally, a photgraph saved as a gif will be a larger file as photos aren't meant to be gifs. Text saved as a jpg will be bigger than it would if saved as a gif. It's trial and error but you need to pull them into something like Photoshop Elements then do a Save for web. You can switch between different file types and it'll show you the resulting sizes. Make sure you resize the images before uploading them. Don't rely on dragging image handles in Frontpage or letting the design package resize them for you. If you want to display an image at 400 x 300 then make it that size before putting it on the page. _____________________________ If it ain't broke..... fix it until it is. Can you see it or it disappear from the screen. Anyway, maybe I need to upgrade the site cause it has frames and as I noticed sometimes you can see the left or the right side of the frames and someone needs to retype the domain as www.marantoni.gr Any good tips for better net promotion of a site?
