Adding a graphic via css - 5/18/2007 13:47:42
I know how to add a background graphic, but i'm wondering if there's a way to add a single graphic via css. For instance, a custom HR to separate sections. Would i just create a div for the graphic and then define its height and width in the style sheet? And make certain it doesn't repeat. thanks

Probably the best way of doing it rather than adding in more divs or hrs would be to assign an image to the bottom of the div you're talking about - you might need to mess with bottom margins or padding to get it where you need but that will cut down on unecessary. If you've already got a background image on that div then you'll have to add in extra markup - a HR with a div around it to properly assign a background image to the HR - here's more: http://www.sovavsiti.cz/css/hr.html
