Over the past few days I've had cause to read through the Guidelines that the NSW Government have in place for all of their Departments and Agencies Websites.

They are all in PDF Format.
They've been very helpful for me with a current project, but I'm posting them here because I believe them to be a pretty good resource for any website developer who is perhaps starting out and wants to know more about the process of designing a comprehensive website from Preparing a Strategy, Developing a Website, and Maintenance.
Most of the information is very current (February 2007), but some documents were last reviewed in 2004, but most of those seem pretty current to me, with the exception of Accesskeys.
