Can't enter Product Key - 6/2/2007 11:37:27
This probably isn't an Expression Web problem per se. I'm trying to install, and the installer won't allow me to enter my Product Key. It won't take the zero's in the key. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Have you tried to use the other 'zero' key? Is your num lock on?

Yes to both questions. I can enter the first "6", then nothing happens when I try the next digit "0". I can enter any number other than "0" and "5". Strange.

Make sure that it is a Zero and Five and not an "O" and "S" perhaps?

What type of keyboard do you use? Could that be the problem? Do you have another keyboard around that you can try?
