Rookie question - 6/10/2007 21:59:17
I've been struggling with CSS for awhile now. Books just don't work for me like doing it in the real world. That said, I need a few shoves in the right direction. I've been playing around with a style sheet with no results good or bad. I have a table on the page which needs to be down a certain number of px from the top. I know it's a simple thing but I'm missing something. Here's what I have on the sheet (please don't laugh): p {margin-top: 30px;}

Any chance we can see the page. It's a little bit difficult to just see a "top-marging 30px". Question is of what and where??? :)

If it's the table that requires to be 30px down then apply the margin to the table, not to a paragraph.
