Norton Internet Security 2006
where includes:
Norton Internet Security 9.1.0.33
Norton AntiVirus 12.2.0.13
and MS-OUTLOOK 2002
WHERE TO FIND DAYS THIS FOLDER DELETED ?
MAY CONFIGURED NOT TO DELETED EVER ?

Going from memory I would look, while in Outlook, at Tools>Message Rules>Mail. If I remember right you will see a rule added by Norton, just edit it.
Also going from memory this is covered in the help section of Norton.
