Thanks for getting back to me on this.
Everything is the std. FrontPage defaults.
I clicked on shared borders, check Left border with Nav.
That's it.
Hope this is enough Info. (It's about all I know)

Just a guess with the amount of info given...
If you are using one of the Frontpage navigation button themes, pehaps the length/amount of text you have is too much for the size of the buttons which are a fixed width. You'll have to abbreviate or choose another style that allows for more text.

I am thinking you are correct.
As I see it now the border width has nothing to do with the button text space. It's the button width that controls the text space.
