Thanks jaybee, I'll ask the host server to resinstall the extensions. However, it is in Canada and we have 'Canada Day' holiday. I've had someone in another country try to log in and they get the same problem. So it's not a problem with my PC or company internet connection. Also, when trying to log on via Internet Explorer, it does not prompt for username/password and shows as zero files. I've looked at some other threads here, and have followed those instructions, but it still does not work. That is in both countries. Cheers, Patrick
