Search Tool - page designation - 7/3/2007 10:57:02
I am new to using the search tool thru Frontpage and I am trying to figure out how to specify a certain folder to look in for results so that it deosn't pull up home page keywords etc. The help that frontpage offers is very vague on this subject: "Word list to search This specifies which folders in the Web site to include in the search. The default, All, searches all pages in the current Web site. To limit the search to a specific folder, type the name of that subfolder." I have put all of the webpages that I want it to search into a folder, and typed the name of the folder into the World List Search field but its not working. If someone knows the answer to this, I will give you a HUGE hug!!

Excellent FrontPage Add-in Here Both Boolean and Exact Matches are supported. The above DPA link refers to the server-side version but ask Dave Phieffer before you buy if the client-side version (which I have) is still available.
