Publishing via FTP - 7/5/2007 14:51:20
Hi! Because FP sever extensions interfere with my 301 redirect, I am changing to publishing via FTP. How does this affect recalculating hyperlinks?

Anything that uses the FPSE components, will fail when you publish via FTP.

Anything you do on your computer that doesn't use FPSE components, will be perfectly fine if you FTP later.

If you want to get around the 301 redirect issue with FrontPage, do a search on here for .htaccess and FrontPage. This is one of the few places that has a fix for the .htaccess issue.
