Using MS Publisher, I cannot get the email templates to be visible to folks who don't have MS Publisher. Someone told me to check the html or mime settings. I did and they appear to be fine. I'm considering purchasing HIGH IMPACT EMAIL - will this solve my problem entirely?
Ohmy! No. Don't know how to do that. I work for a church and I do volunteer work for clubs and organizations, etc., and would just enjoy some nice looking professional emails. I like MS Publisher, Printmaster, MS Word, and Art Explosion Publisher Pro. I just can't find how others can see my work when I use these programs in email. I don't want to spend money on yet ANOTHER program if it has the same problem. PLEASE HELP.

PDF format is universal and the reader is free. Publisher will convert any .pub document to PDF format - >>File >>Print, then scroll down the list of printers in the Name field. Hopefully you will see a PDF driver or, of course, if you have any version of Adobe it will be on the list and you should select that.
If not, there are free versions of programs with PDF write capabilities - "Google" for them and you should be in business (although the PDF file will have to be shown as an attachment).

Yes, thanks, I do some of that now. However, I am wanting to send some little "mini news" out via email and it look really nice (with color, pics, etc.) and haven't found a way for ALL users to see that. If I purchase this HIGH IMPACT product and learn to use it, would folks get spam from me or something?[:o]
