FP 2003 is a wonderful program. Easy to learn and produce reasonably good web sites. I use PHP scripts and Javascripts and whatnot and it all works. FP has a super way to upload (publish) your site to your server that couldn't be easier. That said, you should learn html, and CSS by buying some good books and doing the tutorials on this site. And FP extensions are going to be gone someday so some of the FP neat stuff will have to be redone.
