Ryokotsusai -> Safe to assume MoBo is at fault? (8/2/2007 18:51:31)

One of the computers at my house has been having 'Issues' lately, and just recently (day before yesterday) it decided to completely stop reading from anything connected through IDE
I am not sure why, so i have tried:
changing the jumper settings,
connecting everything in different orders,
removing everything and tried them 1 at a time,
switched out the cables,
and still nothing, I have also gone into the bios and messed around to see if i could get a reaction, then set it back to the defaults.
Both hard drives and the cd drive start when or a few seconds after the computer does, so its not a power issue...
so am i safe assuming the mobo is to blame or is there more i should check?
