I'm sure a lot of you already use this Firefox Add-On, but in case you don't here it is:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4554

I use it all the time for text I need to copy from the web, and it eliminates the need to put text through Notepad first.

Uhhhhh, copying text from the web, huh? Isn't there something like copyright or thereabouts? [:)]

I am using NS and I never had a problem of using notepad to copy text anywhere. Not sure why you would need this plug-in....

Because if I'm reading instructions on how to do something, and it has code in those instructions, I want my code to look like this:

<?php query_posts('pagename=home') ?>

Instead of this:

<span name="intelliTxt" id="intelliTxt"><pre><code><?php query_posts('pagename=home') ?></code></pre></span>

Instructions taken from this site:

I am just kiddin' Nicole......

But there is always "view Page source" where you can do a lot of "copying".... [8|]

This feature comes in very handy on redesigns of sites that have screwed up code.

True, but that doesn't work for server-side stuff like the PHP example Nicole posted because all you'll get is the resulting HTML. [;)]

You can always just type it out yourself too...[8|]

I prefer Pure Text which sits in your task bar
