I'm never too sure about copyright/license issues with fonts - are these safe to use? It is fairly widely available on free font sites, but try finding any of the Frutiger family, or ITC Newtext, or TF Grange for free download anywhere. That seems to suggest that the foundry (Bitstream) doesn't actively police its distribution. But, as always, its your call to do what you are most comfortable doing.
