Well it has been a while since I had to post a question I couldn't find an answer to.

I'm assisting a friend in redoing his site without tables.

On the table menu the hover fills the td.

On the table-less I can't get the same effect.

Is this possible without tables and if so how is it achieved?

Adding some padding to .topmenu a did it for me.

I didn't get it exactly right but if you play with that padding a bit you should get it to display okay.

Great looking site indeed. As Nicole mentioned, padding is always the best way to go. Isn't CSS fun?.... [8D]

Thank you, Well I am not quite as close to them as you are. I am a little south of you here in Pueblo.

In addition to css being fun it is also addicting.

You betcha, once you getting a hang of it there is no turning back to tables.... [8D]
