Forms - 8/17/2007 22:21:04
I am new to front page and have a form that is working. I need to add additional fields to the form and cannot get them to work with my comments.asp document. I would like to change from radio buttons to a text box. Can you tell how how to do this? Here is a copy of the comments.asp coding. I know that the section below needs to be changed but I am not sure what needs to be put there.

' prepare email body text
Dim Body
Body = Body & "Who was your tattoo artist or piercer?" & "<br>" & Artist & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Was your artist professional, courteous and knowledgeable?" & "<br>" & knowledgeable & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Did you have a consultation with the artist regarding custom work?" & "<br>" & Custom & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "If yes for #3, did the artist understand what you were requesting?" & "<br>" & understand & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Will you be returning to BodyArt By Dave?" & "<br>" & return & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Will you refer anyone to BodyArt By Dave?" & "<br>" & recommend & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Would you like to be added to our e-mail distribution list?" & "<br>" & email & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "Please leave any additional comments below." & "<br>" & comments & "<br>" & "<br>"

Body = Body & "FullName: " & Contact_FullName & "<br>"
Body = Body & "Email: " & Contact_Email & "<br>"
Body = Body & "Website: " & Contact_URL & "<br>"

Thanks for your help

Chances are you not using FPSE to process the form, but ASP and an ASP component.

If you are going to use FPSE, then your page(s) needs to be named with an html or htm extension.
