Free cross browser box model tool - 8/26/2007 14:17:34
XRAY is a free cross browser tool that lets you see the box model in action for any element, letting you see beneath the skin of any web page. Use it to see the box model for any element on any web page. Currently it has been tested on Safari 2 and 3 on Mac OS X, Webkit nightly builds, and Mozilla based browsers (Firefox, Camino and so on) on Mac OS X and Windows, and most likely Linux as well. XRAY now works with Internet Explorer 6+ on Windows. http://www.westciv.com/xray/index.html It doesn't give the detail of Firebug on Firefox but in my view because it is cross platform and doesn't need extensions or apps installing it's a bonus. Sometimes you just need something quick to check your design problems in different browsers. Note that it is still under development Edit: Thanks Jurgen, it seems that you'd have to be on the Stylemaster blog to drop off the www bit.
