I've downloaded and install the Speak It.
Is there anything else I need to do cos its not speaking to me.

You need to enable Speech in your OS - mine is XP so I did it through the Control Panel and chose Microsoft Sam as the voice. This is a TTS (Text to Speech) engine and I can't remember whether I had to download it from MS or if it comes along with the OS.
