I need to create a web form for my site, but I do not know php. Can you please recommend me a php script or some free form builder?[:)]

This is excellent, a secure and accessible php form with instructions for how to set it up.

Secure and accessible php form

Thank you for suggestions. So far I found freedback and this free <a href="http://www.emailmeform.com">html form</a> builder which unlike freedback does not show any advertising in the free plan! ;-)[;)]

The one that Caz posted is much much better and also free.

I used CoffeeCupForm Builder.

this was the easiest i've tried so far.

why don't you check it out at www.coffeecup.com

does it add label tags to your form inputs?

No mention of anything to do with accessibility in their feature list.

Caz is right - the secure and accessible one's the best one by far if you want something that's secure and accessible. You don't need to know PHP to be able to use it, and the code is very heavily commented in the configuration file for you to personalise your settings. The only bit of PHP you need to know is how to set an include up for your form to appear on your page, but the code for that is given to you to copy and paste into your code, so you don't really need to have any prior experience of doing that either. I now use it on all my sites, and not one spam email has got through any of them.

You can change the entire look of the form just by tweaking the CSS file and changing the colour codes to match in with the rest of your site. I've just done a pink version for a current site.
