I am not sure if I understand your question, but it sounds like you're asking if you need to continue to promote your web site. This is a question that you should be better able to answer than anyone else.
Are you on the first page for all the terms you want?
Are you slipping in the rankings for any terms?
Your answer is in those two questions.

I do much promotion, is needed again to the same engines[local or int'l], or these will never delete you ?
