have you not got any free spacwe with your isp? say 50mb or even less to try it out on ? if you have then you can use this

or in cs3 you can see the html + images size in the bit just above the properties panel, in the bar part at the bottom of the document window, though it doesn't include your stylesheet or any images referenced by that.
