How to display asp generated code

I am trying to get the id of the last saved record in expressions web. I was able to do this in frontpage, but in expressions I can not get the asp generated code to display. Am I missing something or can I not do this in expressions web. Thanks, Shannon

I figured it out. In frontpage, you could hit F5 and refresh the asp code but in expressions I could not do that. I had to close the page and reopen it and then the code was shown.
