Like what jurgen said, it does seem like 800x600 would be a bit of an issue, and it takes quite a while to load the page, so my guess is that if you have a monitor with 800x600 resolution the prospective viewer would anyway not wait for the page to load (i.e. reasonably likely to be on a slower connection).
