We are constantly running into clients who don't have a clue as to how they need to resize an image for use in their CMS Solutions, etc. It's hard to explain how just dragging in the corners doesn't cut it. ha.
I ran across this website that is pretty cool and will allow a few operations such as cropping and resizing, etc. The web address is: www.resize.it and it's all web-based so you can tag a link into your application or onto your cms so that they can find it easily. It's good stuff.
