Unbalanced body tag error (Full Version)

I get this error when I update my dwt templates (unbalanced body tag in line 10)

9- vti_cachedtitle:SR|HOOPS KINGS
10-vti_cachedbodystyle:SR|<body bgcolor="#000000" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" rightmargin="0" background="../newHkSite/images/tot_bg.gif">
11- vti_cachedlinkinfo:VX|Q|../newHkSite/main.css S|../newHkSite/Scripts/AC_RunActiveContent.js S|../newHkSite/images/tot_bg.gif S|../newHkSite/images/tbl_bg.gif

How can I fix this to get rid of the error?

usually "unbalanced" means a tag is open and not closed or vice versa.

make sure you have
" </body>
</html> "
at the end of your code

and
<html>
<body>
in the right order at the top of your code
