Vince's Popout menu & Frames - 6/23/2001 18:38:00
I purchased and want to use Vince's Popout menu on my web site. I use FrontPage 2000. My problem is that I want to use frames on my web site. In particular, I want to have one frame be contents, and the other frame be the body. Whatever I click on in the contents frame should appear in the body, and the contents frame should always remain in view.

The contents frame is very slim, and the popout portions of Vince's menu do not seem to pop out past the frame, so the sub menus cannot be viewed. How can I fix this? Thanks!

I'm sure you will need to make the frame wide enough to accommodate the menu. That frame is virtually its own page. The menu cannot overlap onto another page.

Hi,

Sandy is perfectly correct.

A simple fix would be to use the include page function instead of frames, making sure that all the script for the menu is between the opening and closing <BODY> tags.

Cheers
