creating an order form - 10/21/2007 22:01:00
I'd like to make an order form like this one. http://www.oilsandlube.com/product_info_request.htm
I look at the form options, I have fp 2003 but got lost. How would I go about it?

Well they are using a PHP script to process the form. You might check out Frontpage Forms to see if that helps.
