How to delete FP extensions? - 10/24/2007 15:42:04
Which of my remote files contain the FP extenions? I need to delete them and reinstall them but I want to make sure I delete the proper files. Thanks!

Actually, it's not your files that contain FP extensions. Those reside on the server. Your files contain special components that use those server extensions to do special things. You can determine what components require extensions here: http://www.frontpagewebmaster.com/m-96938/tm.htm

You webhosting provider should provide a way for you to delete these via the control panel. Once these are deleted, you can then delete the _vti folders as well and then re-install the FPSE. However, this is something that most hosting companies should support.
