How to Eliminate non responses on form results - 10/25/2007 16:14:18
I have created a form to allow people to make a wish list of product we promote at
http://www.colorchoiceplants.com/Cool_New_Plants.htm
For the most part it works but the resulting form results list the the null results or should I say the results of what was not selected. Is there a way to keep the non selected items off the results list?
Add to My Wish List is the displayed, selected choice. I have tried the validte button and checking the [disallow first choice] but this keep ends of require people to make a choice even if they don't want to.
I have this issue on there forms where we end of with a long list of null results with a few positive responses listed inbetween. Very messy and hard to read.

PW10: Fire Ball Burning Bush
PW11: Weiglea My Monet
PW12: Gold Splash Winetercreeper Euonymus
PW13: Add to My Wish List --------------------------------------thse are non results

PW15: Add to My Wish List
PW16: Add to My Wish List
PW17: Add to My Wish List

One way is to write a macro to delete the "Add to My Wish List" entries and leave only the positive responses.
If your form results is in .txt, then you may consider importing this .txt file into Excel and process it with the macro I mentioned.
