.SCN file extension ? - 10/30/2007 13:23:29
Hi - I have a file with this extension that I have been unable to open. The other details, as seen under MY COMPUTER of Windows XP professional are:

Name: MaxtorOneTouch02012
Size 11,200 kb
file SCN file

Maxtor One Touch is a external hard disc device. Mine has failed so anything I can find that might be on that hard drive could be valuable.

I do not see any way to open the file, however.

Any ideas? Thank you.
Spooky

I have a Maxtor OneTouch and scan it with my AV along with my other drives - have you checked yours to make sure that it hasn't got a virus somewhere in the files? I tend to regard anything with an unknown extension as malware.
