Hi,
I have approximately 30+ subwebs in my organization, each with their own specific set of authors/moderators etc.
Some of them even have subwebs within subwebs, using unique permissions.
I need to add an additional user to each subweb (including the subwebs within subwebs).
Obviously I could add the user to the top level subwebs, but since the subwebs within subwebs aren't using parent permissions, the new user won't propagate down.
Is there a way through the "Security & Permissions" tab on the actual folders themselves on the server to add a user? (will this over ride the unique users in place for each subweb?)
anyone had any experience with this?
