The link on sure-entainment was not found. It seems FPSE are installed. Frontpage Forms might help some and Frontpage Form Errors might help a little.

Do you mean www.sure-entertainment.co.uk/home.htm? I checked the source of that page and it has a reference to ../derived/nortborts.htm
This usually means you have been working in a disk-based web and you are using FTP to upload the files to your server which has FPSE installed. You should be using Publish with http:// instead of publish with ftp://

Hi William. Thanks for replying. Yes that is the right address. Sorry I did upload it under a passwords folder but i have removed it now. I have been uploading via ftp as I cannot connect via http, it keeps saying that frontpage extensions havent been installed. I keep activating them but they keep deleting myselves from the server. I have asked them why and they just send me a FAQ page.

My server is a LINUX server whatever that means.

You cannot get your Form to work if you cannot publish via http://.

Try this.
In FP, go to the File menu and click Open web and in the dialog box type in the full URL of your website eg:
http://www.sure-entertainment.co.uk/

Click OK and if you should be prompted with username and password.

If you get to this, you have FPSE installed and you should be able to get your form to work by going to Tools>Recalculate hyperlinks.
