I don't think you can. You might be able to do a search and replace on the link names within the code but you have to rename the pages themselves one by one. Or, you use that piece of software I linked to above.

You're not, by any chance, changing the filetype because you want to use PHP are you? You can just add a line of code to the .htaccess file so that you can keep the .html suffix but still use PHP.
