When you get a website project from where you startup, from homepage & Navigation or .... ? what follows ? Which book has this info ?

As far as I'm aware no book has that info.

You sit down with the client and discuss what they want. Then you go away and work out what you can do and how, price it and send them a quote.

If they accept the quote then you send them a contract and when they've signed and returned it, then you start work and not before.

As to how you build the site, that's entirely down to you, your working methods, what the site requires. We can't tell you that. You base it on experience gained from doing other sites.

Jaybee is dead on there is no one book and it is mostly learning that teaches. That being said this is a good book to read Don't Make Me Think
