I use dmwr mx 2004 WELL I DO A WEBSITE [RealEstate sales] BUT MY CLIENT WANTS ME AND SOMEBODY ELSE DO MAINTAINACE ON THIS [add/del properties] , IS NEEDED THE OTHER GUY HAS THE SAME SOFTWARE TITLE ? THE SAME VERSION ?

The person doing maintenance does not have to use the same software or version as the person who built the website.
